Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of the BusyBusy → QuickBooks Importer ("Application"), developed by Our House LLC.

Authorized Use

The Application is intended for authorized users who have permission to access BusyBusy and QuickBooks Online company data.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Verifying imported payroll information before creating QuickBooks Bills.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of QuickBooks login credentials.

• Ensuring imported accounting records are accurate before final submission.

Software License

Our House LLC grants authorized users a limited, non-transferable license to use the Application for legitimate business purposes. The Application may not be copied, redistributed, modified, or reverse engineered without written permission from Our House LLC.

Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While reasonable efforts have been made to ensure accuracy, users remain responsible for reviewing all imported accounting data before posting transactions to QuickBooks Online.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our House LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Application. Users are responsible for verifying imported information and maintaining appropriate accounting controls.

Modifications

Our House LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Application or these Terms of Use at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
