We are a full service design-build company renovating homes from concept to completion. Our House is a family-owned business based upon integrity, creativity, and innovative design.
Have the guidance you need with the direction you want. We understand the value of time and that quality of work is important. Most importantly, we feel the overall experience should be one you want to remember. This includes proactive support such as tips to get started, checklists, and touch points throughout each project.
Meet the Team
Rachel Stietzel
​Owner - Chief Designer & Project Manager
Rachel has a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from Michigan State University. Her experience includes new home construction, renovations, remodeling, and kitchen and bath design and installation. She has overseen the installation of over 1,000 kitchens.
Andrew Stietzel
Owner - General Contractor & Project Manager
Drew received his undergraduate degree from Keene State University in Occupational Safety, with a minor in Architectural Design. He has been an expert carpenter since 1999 and has more than a decade of experience as a professional general contractor. His skills include post and beam construction, framing, plumbing, and green design.
